SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How do I pay for my order?
Gamma Labs accepts the following forms of payment to purchase items on our website:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Prepaid Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Please make sure the card is activated in your name and or shipping address)
Note: If you are paying with PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay as belonging to the account holder.
Order Processing Times
We typically ship Monday-Friday and process orders within 1-5 business days (except holidays and weekends). Occasionally, and especially during sales, order processing can take longer. All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders.
All delivery times are estimated by the USPS from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.
International orders can take anywhere from 5-21 business days (depending on the destination)
If you attempt to track your package within 48 hours after it is ordered and there is no information available about your package, this is because the carrier has not scanned your package yet. When the package is scanned you will be able see the tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package. If you still do not see tracking information please call customer service at 1-877-426-6262
Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Transit time can take between 1-5 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, ship utilizing Globegistics, Inc.
Gamma Labs offers tracking to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
(Gamma Labs cannot ship to Belgium, Latvia, Norway, Mexico, South Africa and Morocco)
Note: For (all other) countries that do not offer traceable services and do not show a final delivery scan, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if your package does not reach you. Once we ship your order and hand it off to the USPS, we can no longer be held responsible for that package. We will make every attempt to put you in touch with your local carrier for assistance.
***The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund***
Canadian shipments may be subject to goods and services tax, provincial sales tax, duties, or handling fees based on the product, amount of purchase, and the province. All shipments to Canada will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Additional handling fees on products may be charged by the local post office.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. Gamma Labs cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS.com. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package once your package is shipped from our warehouse.
Upon inquiry, Gamma Labs will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic deliveries with tracking. For international shipments we utilize Globegistics, Inc for shipping and tracking. In the event that you claim not to have received delivery of your order, please contact us at 631-755-1080 or email us at email@example.com. We will then contact the USPS or Globegistics, Inc to confirm whether delivery was made. If the USPS or Globegistics, Inc states that delivery was not made, we will resend your order. If the USPS or Globegistics confirms that delivery was made, we will inform you and close the case unless you appeal the determination by USPS or Globegistics, Inc. To appeal the determination by the USPS or Globegistics, Inc, please complete the Proof of Non-Delivery form and return it to us pursuant to the instructions on the form.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Gamma Labs due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender”, we will notify you by email. We will then issue a refund (less S&H) for the returned product. This refund will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order. Gamma Labs is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly an additional fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is en route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if USPS charges the customer an additional fee.
Can I change my address after I place an order?
The shipping address cannot be changed on an order after it's placed. Please attempt to cancel your order right way and then place the order again using the correct address. If you're unable to cancel the order, please call us at 1-877-426-6262 to speak to a representative.
Please do not email us, as the email might not be seen in time, and your order will be sent to the wrong address.
If you are paying with PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay as belonging to the PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay account holder.
Do you guarantee the transit times stated by the USPS at checkout?
Because the USPS estimates delivery times, transit days vary from one class of mail to another, and are not guaranteed. The following chart (taken directly from the USPS website) outlines the delivery standards for various mail classes and indicates how long you should wait before you contact customer service with a concern:
First-Class Mail®: 2-3 days (not guaranteed) - 5 or more Days from the date of mailing
Priority Mail®: 1-day (not guaranteed) - 3 or more Days from the date of mailing
Priority Mail®: 2-3 days (not guaranteed) - 5 or more Days from the date of mailing
Standard Post®: 2-8 days* (not guaranteed) - 14 or more Days from the date of mailing
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Refund and Money Back Guarantee
Gamma Labs stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that may work for everyone.
Requirements for a Refund
Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (e.g., G Fuel tubs, stick pack, etc. must be sealed and apparel must be unused);
Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and paperwork;
Item(s) must be returned by an insured and traceable shipping method;
Returns must be postmarked on or before 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2017, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2017); and
Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.
If you purchased the product on a third-party website such as Amazon, you must adhere by such third-party website’s return policy.
Gamma Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
IF YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT - We use state of the art scanners in our warehouse and always strive to pack all orders perfectly, but we are human and occasionally make a mistake.
If your item is incorrect, please let us know immediately by phone or email so we can make it right for you. We may have you return if for a refund or ship you a replacement without a return.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED - We pack all orders extremely well, but once in while there could be damage.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order that something was damaged by emailing us a photo of the damaged item.
Keep the outer box, inner packaging and all shipping materials in case an inspection is needed. We will file a claim with the appropriate shipper, usually without requiring a return.
Rarely the US Post Office requires a damage inspection at your local post office. We will let you know when this happens. If a damage inspection report is done, please email us a copy. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible and usually don't require a return. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to; Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.
We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse. If we receive your return after the thirty (30) day period or in violation of the requirements herein, then we will not return your money and will be unable to return unused product to you.
